Production Engineers at Enginears are all about enhancing production efficiency and streamlining operational flows, mostly in Manufacturing Execution Systems. When they implement improvements, you can rest assured those are sustainable. If you enjoy specialising in analysing and optimising manufacturing processes and identifying bottlenecks to safekeep the quality and efficiency in production lines, this role is right up your alley. Both junior and senior profiles are most welcome!
You’ve obtained either a (preferably mechanical) engineering degree or have similar experience. We don’t need to tell you what MES and WMS systems are. You’re pragmatic, technically insightful and analytical by nature.
People would describe you as someone who’s got excellent communication skills, takes initiative and keeps their eye on the prize. In that spirit, you’re objective-oriented, self-organised and motivated to help others reach the same goals.
Lastly, you’re adaptable to change in this fast-paced digital landscape. You keep an open mind and a global perspective as you’re curious to keep learning new things. If anything, you're always looking for the ‘better way’ to go about things because to you, that’s positive innovation.
You know how to refine production processes, streamline operations and enhance safety, ergonomics and efficiency. As a problem solver, you tackle all challenges big or small, to ensure optimal conditions. Taking future improvements into consideration is obvious to you.
You’re very much into innovation, so you lead, oversee and coordinate in a way that introduces groundbreaking products and projects. You actively participate in LEAN improvement projects as well, and use principles like flow, pull, takt, and zero-defect to revolutionise processes and set new standards.
You would be responsible for the introduction of modified logistics and inventory management systems which means you’d need to be able to adapt to the diverse nature of your role and have a flexible attitude.
You’ll be able to immerse yourself completely in product innovation, problem solving and collaboration. All to improve production flows along the entire line.
Since you want to continuously improve assembly processes in the manufacturing industry, you’re in charge of defining and implementing new or modified products.
Even though you’re in a dynamic position, it comes with quite some responsibility. You determine the production methods and make sure they remain up to standards.
Throughout everything you do, those are your key words to remember. By collaborating closely with your team (that includes engineering, purchasing and method colleagues), you ensure you collectively keep those aspects in mind.
We put people first and are committed to keeping an eye on everyone’s own track. In that sense, we also provide annual training budgets. That way, you get where you want to be and stay motivated by your own drivers.
We offer a strong compensation package because we honestly believe that everyone works hard at Enginears and deserves to be rewarded as such. Think about the usual ‘suspects’ like a company car, a laptop, insurance, a competitive salary...
Our sense of community is strong, and our core values are centred around overall happiness. That is why we make sure to regularly organise social events to forget about work for a minute, tune in with each other, relax and have some fun.
Our team of consultants is small yet tight-knit and they are the core of our business. We foster personal and professional development and want to create a working environment where the power of continuous improvement, sharing knowledge, and lifelong learning rules. Pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, that’s us.
To grow stronger together, we believe in transparency as the foundation of trust and integrity. Whether it’s about sharing successes or addressing challenges, our culture is based on accountability and strong collaborative relationships.
We also pride ourselves on maintaining a down-to-earth approach in all our interactions. This means staying approachable, genuine, and humble. We value straightforwardness and authenticity.
