WHO ARE YOU
AS A PERSON?

Human-Centred

You bring a (preferably mechanical) engineering degree or equivalent experience to the table. Experience in logistics, manufacturing, and process analysis is a big asset. Project leadership experience is an advantage, not a must. We think certain skills are definitely teachable.

Ideally, you’re proficient in Office tools (Excel, Access ...) and have a strong knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (SQL, PowerBI, PowerApps). You’re keen to know more about new technologies, logistics, manufacturing and IT solutions.

If anything, you’re committed to continuous improvement and stay pragmatic throughout your activities. You are flexible, resilient and independent, yet it is your nature to think as a part of a team and motivate people to tackle daily challenges. You’re always looking for the ‘better way’ to go about things because to you, that’s positive innovation.

WHAT ARE
YOUR SKILLS?

Results-driven

You know how to analyse current business processes and develop new methods to enhance productivity and efficiency, and to reduce operational costs. You’re able to assess and keep current activities ever aligned with long-term goals. If need be, you provide possible improvements.

Performing data analysis in logistics and manufacturing systems isn’t new to you. You know your way around data setup, accuracy, correction and reporting. We’re talking about both as-is situations and to-be solutions.

You can motivate, define, test and implement adjustments and you conduct risk analysis during the go-live phase of new systems. Finally, you train key users in operational teams to serve as first-line support for daily issues.

you will...

1

…GUIDE NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

You will be involved in various initiatives like digitalization projects within the Industry 4.0 framework, which impact manufacturing processes and methods.

3

… PROVIDE PROCESS OPTIMISATION

We look to you to provide guidance for both methods, clients and team members, and you are responsible for competence development as well.

2

… ADJUST EXISTING SYSTEMS & INTRODUCE NEW METHODS

Your role includes investigating which existing systems and methods need improvement, and where we might start from scratch to enhance processes.

4

… BE THE SPOC FOR ALL STAKEHOLDERS (AND COLLEAGUES)

It is your job to make sure that all changes are carried out correctly and efficiently, and you never lose sight of your team and stakeholders. Under your supervision, they all stay involved and aligned.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU HERE?

Human-centred. Results-driven.

We put people first and are committed to keeping an eye on everyone’s own track. In that sense, we also provide annual training budgets. That way, you get where you want to be and stay motivated by your own drivers.

We offer a strong compensation package because we honestly believe that everyone works hard at Enginears and deserves to be rewarded as such. Think about the usual ‘suspects’ like a company car, a laptop, insurance, a competitive salary...

Our sense of community is strong, and our core values are centred around overall happiness. That is why we make sure to regularly organise social events to forget about work for a minute, tune in with each other, relax and have some fun.
