Are you someone who enjoys ensuring everything moves smoothly in the entire logistics flow? Then you might want to join the team of logistics engineers at Enginears! They help improve all kinds of logistics processes, mostly in the manufacturing industry, from production logistics to warehouse layout and operations. Whether you’re a junior or senior profile doesn’t matter, welcome to the club!
You’ve got a master's degree in industrial sciences, or commercial engineering, applied economic sciences, or you have similar experience. Whatever the case, you’ve got a strong background in logical and analytical thinking and are proactive, with the skills to communicate and compromise when necessary.
To get ahead, you get creative and sociable. You’ve got a solid interest in and affinity with logistics, network and IT solutions. Being proficient in Office tools (Excel, OneNote ...) is necessary, experience with specific methods an advantage. Knowledge of WMS systems is a bonus too. As long as you’re committed to continuous learning and structural improvement!
You combine pragmatism with technical and analytical insights. You’re independent yet capable of working with a team and you enjoy solving problems together. You’re resilient and adaptable to change. You’re always looking for the ‘better way’ to go about things because to you, that’s positive innovation.
You know how to update and enhance operational logistics flows. Analysing processes and focusing on efficiency, delivery time, accuracy and reliability for inbound logistics all make sense to you.
Both in our own organisation and to the client, you’re a supportive colleague who defines and implements improvements, and assists people wherever you spot the need. A keen interest in automation (AGV, AMR, VNA ...) describes you both as a person and in terms of skills.
You continuously monitor market developments regarding production logistics, and drive innovation throughout your work. Whether you’re halfway through analysis or covering in- or outbound logistics, you always keep an open mind!
You’ll be responsible for things such as managing the inbound availability, flow, and stocking of parts, as well as monitor the outbound flow and stocking of machines.
As a part of the Supply Chain & Logistics Team, it goes without saying that you keep an eye on improvements where possible in our processes and take initiative to implement them.
We provide time and space for you to lead projects that you think are next steps towards added value. That way, you guide clients into new and interesting directions.
Collaborative work on projects with the other logistics, production and business process engineers is a significant part of your role.
We put people first and are committed to keeping an eye on everyone’s own track. In that sense, we also provide annual training budgets. That way, you get where you want to be and stay motivated by your own drivers.
We offer a strong compensation package because we honestly believe that everyone works hard at Enginears and deserves to be rewarded as such. Think about the usual ‘suspects’ like a company car, a laptop, insurance, a competitive salary...
Our sense of community is strong, and our core values are centred around overall happiness. That is why we make sure to regularly organise social events to forget about work for a minute, tune in with each other, relax and have some fun.
Our team of consultants is small yet tight-knit and they are the core of our business. We foster personal and professional development and want to create a working environment where the power of continuous improvement, sharing knowledge, and lifelong learning rules. Pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, that’s us.
To grow stronger together, we believe in transparency as the foundation of trust and integrity. Whether it’s about sharing successes or addressing challenges, our culture is based on accountability and strong collaborative relationships.
We also pride ourselves on maintaining a down-to-earth approach in all our interactions. This means staying approachable, genuine, and humble. We value straightforwardness and authenticity. By staying focused on what truly matters, we create positive impact, both within our company and with our clients and partners.
